Lessons from death row

Law professor David Dow argues that whether a country allows the death penalty or not, we should be able to get to a point where we don't need to use it. He's got some ideas of how society can positively get involved in people’s lives before they even commit a crime and get sentenced to death, so they don't end up on death row at all.
